On the nose, it presents brandied honeycomb, molasses tart, and spiced blood orange, with hints of cocoa, black truffle, and caramelized brown sugar. The palate reveals rich chocolate, warm baking spices, clementine zest, molasses, orchard fruits, and crystallized ginger, culminating in a finish of black cherries and raisin butter.
